Is Your Service Open?
We are open for proxy orders 24/7 and can process your orders within 24 hours. There is no payment deadline aside from pre-order deadlines set by Japanese stores, if any. However, we will not guarantee availability of items before payment is received.
No one is responding in Viber.
Our sales staff responds to Viber messages from 7PM to 10PM daily. You may receive replies outside these times as well, depending on the availability of the sales staff.
Do You Have A Rate Calculator?
We currently do not use rate calculators and have our sales representatives manually provide a price for you. To give an accurate all in price quote, we will need to check the item listing details or the photo for the estimated weight and confirm any additional fees such as JP domestic shipping or website fees from the Japanese online store.
How Many Links Can I Send for Quotes?
You must confirm your orders after a maximum of 20 price quote requests. Down payment must be paid for your confirmed orders before requesting new quotes.
I do not understand Japanese and Google translation is vague. Can you help me in my shopping?
Yes! Our service is to help you get access to Japanese products hassle free! Our staff can help you in your shopping by translating search keywords to Japanese so you can copy paste it in Japanese websites. Google Translate can sometimes be vague. If anything confuses you, you may ask our support to confirm the product details, descriptions, or ordering guidelines of the Japanese store. We can also suggest websites where you can browse the specific items you are looking for.
When Will You Purchase & Process My Order?
Orders will be processed and reservation will be final when down payment or full payment is received. Order cancellations after order confirmation are prohibited
Where are you located?
Our Philippines and Japan office and warehouse are located in Quezon City and Tokyo.
Do You Ship To A Japan Address?
Yes we can ship to your preferred Japan address and will charge only our service fee, without the international shipping fee.
When Will You Ship My Order to the Philippines?
Our shipments from Japan to the Philippines are scheduled per batch. Please refer to our social media posts for the latest warehouse cutoff date. All items received by the cutoff will be shipped out to Philippines the next day. You may track the status of your package with our Status Tracker Google Sheets.
How Long Should I Wait Before I Receive My Items?
We ship internationally via Sea Freight. Please expect arrival in the Philippines to be within 5 weeks, with allowances. We do not accept rush shipping.
Can You Take Photos Of My Items?
We take photos of items arriving in Japan and upload them in Facebook and Twitter. Once your items arrive in the Philippines, we will contact you and send you another set of photos of your items at no additional cost.
When do I Pay My Balance?
You may pay your balance any time until item arrives in the Philippines.
How Long Can You Hold My Items In Your PH Warehouse?
We can hold items for up to 30 days after its arrival in our PH address. If balance payment is not received within this 30 day time frame and there are no instructions for local shipping, we will forfeit your down payment and will sell your items. Customer will also be banned from our services.
How do I go about buying in flea market sites?
Listings get sold out fast especially in flea market sites. Please only request for a price quote when you are ready to purchase to avoid price re-quotes.
Can I buy items that has COD for its shipping fee?
We can only purchase listings that include shipping fee already (送料込み beside yen price) and cannot accept COD shipping fee (着払い beside yen price).
Can I make specific requests?
Our Japanese speaking staff can communicate with the sellers on your behalf if you have questions or specific requests regarding the items. We can purchase a single item from a set listing, if seller allows. Item Combination requests from the same seller is accepted but discounts will depend on the seller. Sellers cannot send photos in Mercari since communication in is only by text.
Can I ask you to contact mercari sellers?
If you request us to contact mercari sellers, this is as good as a sure transaction. Please pay your downpayment within 24 hours so we can purchase from the seller. Please understand the that we are risking our credibility in Mercari when we comment on seller listings.
Can you haggle the price?
Assistance on price haggling is only for our VIP customers, but it will still be dependent on the seller if they accept price hagglings.
