Do you take reservations?

We do not take reservations for on hand items in Shopee. First to checkout, gets the item.

When will you ship my order?

We ship the items next day after order is placed, Monday to Saturday. Customers who did not choose COD will have to settle payment first before we ship out.

Are my items secured when it’s shipped?

Our shop ensures adequate packaging for orders. For any concerns regarding damaged items or incomplete items, please send us a Shopee message before clicking Order Received so we can settle and discuss returns and refunds.

Do you allow rush orders?

For rush orders, please send us a Viber message at 0998721252 so we can settle outside shopee and have it shipped via Grab/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy. 

Are all the items in Shopee available?

All on-hand items for sale are uploaded in Shopee. Stock availability is updated. Prices may vary depending on ongoing promotions.

Can you take more photos of my items?

Requesting for additional photos of on hand items is discouraged.

Will you restock?

We do not restock sold out items unless there is high demand. You may avail of our proxy shopping service if you are looking for a specific item.
